WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
